37mm macro lenses were cheap on eBay and looked like a good fit for what I needed. Unfortunately, it proved to be not what I was looking for. Maybe you can get some use out of the design though. Instructions I tried to make screw for the lens attachment, but I don't think many printers are able to print finely enough to make it truly screw. Mine more snapped into place.
