37mm 2", 3", & 5" Shell Casings Model for Flare Launcher

WARNING! These 3D printed models are not suitable for real-world use straight out of the box. Though they may be precise enough to be machined from aluminum, they're meant only as reference points. For testing purposes, a 209 primer fits snugly with some tension in the chamber area when printed. They could work well as snap caps if needed, just use a spent 209 primer with epoxy filling the firing pin dent. The inner diameter is 1.300 inches. These models are simply for reference, and 3D printing materials may be hazardous for making shell casings. I've tested them for fit to a launcher, and they chamber properly, accepting a 209 primer and accurately measuring powder capacity. However, these shells remain untested, and I strongly believe they won't withstand real-world use. 3D printed parts tend to be weak, making actual use potentially hazardous. If you're serious about using them, consider creating molds and castings based on these prints. Even then, the concept is extremely dangerous in my opinion. I accept zero responsibility for the misuse of these models. They're provided as accurate references only and should not be made into live rounds.
