The identification badge displays the jubilee emblem of the 37th Transport Helicopter Regiment (from which the first air squadron inherits traditions) used since 1991, presenting the most characteristic and known figure from the region of Leczyca - Boruta the devil in a bow, holding a yellow-colored noble hat. The 70mm-high figure is placed on a red-colored base in the shape of a circle with a diameter of 65 mm. This color refers to the identification badges of the 25th Air Cavalry Brigade. The whole thing is surrounded by a silver border.
