This is a sturdy holder designed to accommodate 36 cells of high-capacity 18650 Li-Ion batteries. The batteries are arranged in two packs, each consisting of three groups connected in series, with six cells connected in parallel within each group. To ensure safe charging and discharging, I have equipped this holder with two dedicated BMS units, one for each pack, which output is connected in parallel. Crafted with precision using a 0.2mm resolution print, the walls are precisely 1.2mm thick on top and bottom, while the infill density is set at a robust 20%. Supports have been carefully designed to touch the build plate during printing. I am also including a 10mm height variant of this design.
