I remixed this pulley, giving it thicker prongs to fit really big 110mm wheels from torqueboards. It also has room for a flanged bearing and I made it 16mm wide to fit a 15mm belt. I highly recommend printing in PETG or better at 50% infill and six wall layers. 5/14/19 Update: I fixed an issue with the design where an area wasn't properly mated together, making the pulley weak. I now have files for 12mm and 15mm belts.
