360W PSU Cover

360W PSU Cover

This is a custom cover for a 12V 30A power supply unit that integrates a standard PC cord and a power switch. I upgraded my Anet A8 printer's power supply and needed a cover that fit perfectly; unfortunately, none of the available options impressed me enough to purchase them. The wiring might be slightly tight, but it should not pose any major issues compared to other similar designs, like the one used for my stock 20A PSU. You will need three M4 screws to securely attach the cover to the power supply unit and two M3 screws along with nuts to connect the IEC socket. The power switch can be sourced from this eBay listing: http://www.ebay.com/itm/3pcs-Red-Pilot-Light-Heavy-Duty-110V-120V-AC-ON-OFF-Locking-ROCKER-SWITCH-R13C-/300720027395 I used a switch I had on hand, but the one linked above should work just as well. For the male plug, you can use either the one purchased at your local electronics store or the alternative option listed below: IEC Socket - http://www.ebay.com/itm/10-Pcs-Black-3-Pins-IEC320-C14-Inlet-Power-Plug-Socket-AC-250V-10A-/252183083124 Power Supply - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01HPW00QY Print Settings: Printer: Anet A8 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2 Infill: Doesn't Matter Notes: This print must be oriented with the grill facing down. It should automatically load into your slicer in the correct orientation, so there is no need to manually rotate it.
