360 Rotary Electrical Connector

<p>This is rotary electrical connector for transferring electrical current in full 360 circle. It has +,-, and GND connection. Also included in documents 3 drawings for cutting out copper connectors in 1:1 scale. It should work for 6v, 12v and 220v current (tested at 220v). </p><p>ASSEMBLY</p><ol><li>3D print Bottom Part and Cover ( best 0.2mm PETG or ABS)</li><li>Print on paper 3 included drawings</li><li>Glue drawings on copper sheet and precisely cut out given forms</li><li>Bend small ears on each form for 90 in same direction</li><li>Cut out 3 pushers (best cut out 3 strips 4mm wide and 13mm long and bend them cca 45 deegres)</li><li>Put coils in Bottom Part (put small amount of super glue under them)</li><li>Put pushers in Cover part (bended part should sit on 3 half balls so they get pressed all the time)</li><li>Connect your wires in order ( biggest coil (+), middle coil(GND), Small Coil (-))</li><li>Hole trough Bottom Part is currently diam. 35,2mm but feel free to change size to your central rode or similar.</li><li>For best and longest use, put some grease on all plastic and copper parts </li><li>Enjoy your 360 rotary connector</li></ol><p>If there will be any problems, feel free to contact me :)</p><p> </p><p>P.S. </p><p>Theoretically it should work to transfer communication impulses but not tested.
