360 degree Pan Tilt system for FPV head trackers

This is a Pan & Tilt system for FPV that allows full 360 degree panning without constant rotation servo usage, compatible with head trackers. The centre shaft of the pan mechanism is hollow to accept wiring for the tilt servo plus camera power/video. Note that components fit together with tight tolerances, designed specifically for my UP Box printing ABS. Please don't send death threats if you print this and things don't fit together from your own printer; unfortunately, things have to be designed this way to completely eliminate play in the system. I've included some modified plates that fit the Multiplex Tucan front or rear bays, but the mounting points are the same as the generic plate which people can either use as-is or modify to accommodate their airframes. To complete this project, you'll need the following additional parts: 1x TGY 1800 180 degree servo from HobbyKing for the pan. 1x TGY 90s servo from HobbyKing for the tilt. 2x 8mm Inner Diameter, 16mm Outer Diameter, 5mm thick bearings. 1x 3mm Inner Diameter, 6mm Outer Diameter, 2.5mm thick bearing with flange. 2x M2 x 8mm bolts + nuts. 1x M3 x 10mm bolt + nut. 4x servo screws stolen from other servos you didn't use them on, additional to the screws that come with the servos above. Here's a video that has a couple of scenes of the mechanism in action on my Multiplex Tucan: https://youtu.be/pVKAsvax3ks Print Settings: Printer Brand: Up! Printer: Up Plus2 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.15mm Infill: Dense Notes: I actually use an Up! Box, but the Thingiverse team refuse to add that as a printer! I printed in ABS. Post-Printing: Make sure everything fits together tightly then assemble: the two larger bearings lock into the top and bottom of the plate, then the smaller gear and shaft pushes through from the flat side of the plate to protrude out of the top of the plate and the tilt servo mount pushes tightly onto the shaft. At this point you will find it easier to poke all the necessary wires for the tilt servo and the camera connections through the centre of the shaft. The larger gear attaches to the servo horn that is a cross using the screws provided plus two more nicked from another servo you didn't use the screws from. The 180 degree servo then pokes through the square hole in the plate from the flat side and is screwed in place with two more screws stolen from another servo. The pan gear should then mount snugly on the pan servo meshing with the smaller gear. Use a servo tester to make sure the pan servo is centred correctly. The tilt servo mounts on the printed tilt servo mount from the inside of the mount poking out and with the servo spline towards the top of the mount, hold this in place with the M2 bolts. Use the long two sided horn from the MG90 on the camera mount, mounting it on the outside of the mount with the spline going inwards. Use the screws that came with the MG90 to do this. Snap the smaller bearing into the camera mount noting the recess in the mount to take the bearing flange. Centre the tilt servo using a servo tester then screw the camera mount in place using the M3 bolt and the servo spline screw.
