360 degree Lithophane holder (3mm)

Hello everyone! There are numerous lithophane designs available on Thingiverse, so I decided to create a new one that is faster to print and produces better quality. This lamp operates using a 5V mobile charger to illuminate the lithophane with a 1-watt LED. I am grateful to all the makers of lithophane designs on Thingiverse for their inspiring work, which has motivated me to create this design. Special thanks go to Jaymake for their contributions. This 360-degree lithophane measures approximately H = 44mm and Dia = 68 mm. The complete design is easy to assemble. The components required and parts to be printed are as follows: 1. Top holder: 1 no 2. Bottom Holder: 1 no 3. Top holder Knob: 1 no 4. Washer (optional) for LED placement: 1 no 5. Lithophane: 1 no The components required and parts to be printed are listed below: 1. Small Rocker Switch: 1 no 2. 1-watt LED or similar: 1 no 3. Resistor (100 Ohm): 1 no 4. Micro USB female connector (panel mounting type): 1 no 5. Heat shrink tube (4mm diameter): required length 6. Favi stick: 7. Mobile charger (Micro USB type) To use this design, follow these steps: • Use the attached JPEG image as a reference for the correct dimensions of the lithophane. • Change the image to whatever you like (keep the format intact). • Go to 3dp.rocks/lithophane/ • Upload your image • Select "Outer Curve" • In settings, go to Model settings and set Maximum size (MM) to 200 mm • Set Curve to 360 degrees • If you did not upload a negative image, go to Image settings and select positive image • Click "Model" on top of the page • Hit "Refresh" button • Hit "Download" button to download and print your personal lithophane Printing: • All parts except the lithophane do not require support. Open the STL file in Cura, split the objects, and print one object at a time. Do not print all parts simultaneously, as this may cause poor quality prints. Let me know if you create one!
