<p>Hello every one.</p> <p>There are several lithophane designs available in thingiverse. So I decided to design a new one which takes less time to print at better quality. This lamp is powered by 5V Mobile charger to glow the lithophane by 1 Watt LED. I thank to All lithophane designs makers in thingiverse. Because I truly inspired and got to know from their works. (Special Thanks to Jaymake)</p> <p>This one 360 degree lithophane H = 44mm &amp; Dia = 68 mm(Approx)</p> <p>The complete design is easy to assemble. Panel mounting type 1 no</p> <p>5 Heat shrink tube 4mm dia Req length</p> <p>6 Favi stick</p> <p>7 A mobile charger Micro USB type</p> <p>Steps to follow:</p> <p>• Use the attached JPEG as an original for the correct dimensions of the lithophane.</p> <p>• Change the image to whatever you like (keep the format!)</p> <p>• Go to <a href="http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/">http://3dp.rocks/lithophane/</a></p> <p>• Upload your image</p> <p>• Select "Outer Curve"</p> <p>• Go to settings &gt; Model settings &gt; Maximum size (MM) &gt; Set it to 200 mm</p> <p>• Go to settings &gt; Model settings &gt; Curve &gt; Set it to 360</p> <p>• In case you did not upload a negative image: Go to settings &gt; Image settings &gt; positive image</p> <p>• Click "Model" on top of the page</p> <p>• Hit "Refresh" button</p> <p>• Hit "Download" button to download and print your personal lithophane</p> <p>Printing:</p> <p>• All the parts not required support to print. The STL file once open in cura split the objects and keep one object at a time and print.
