36 quail egg holder
thingiverse
I've designed these 36 quail egg holders specifically for button and coturnix jumbo quails. The smaller egg size STL will work perfectly, but if you need it for jumbo eggs, simply increase the size in your slicer by 110%. These holders are extremely useful for safely transporting eggs or turning them before incubation. They're designed to be sturdy and reliable. Here are my print settings: * Bottom layers: 2 * Top layers: 3 * Infill percentage: 15-30% * PLA bed temperature: 60C, print temperature: 210C throughout the print to prevent warping * Resolution: 0.2 or 0.3mm No filament cooling is required for this print. My recommended print speed starts at 30mm/sec for the first layer and increases to 60mm/sec afterwards. Keep in mind that your actual print time may vary depending on your settings, ranging from 7 hours and 30 minutes to 11 hours. I've left the STL file with closed ends, but if you'd like them open, simply pause your printer or modify the STL by removing a small portion at the top to create a hole.
