prusaprinters
<p>The 36 Officer Problem is a curiosity to say the least. It is a puzzle comprised of differently ranked officers represented by chess pieces and regiments represented by color. It has only one rule: rearrange the tiles such that no officer shares a row or column with another officer of the same rank or same regiment. This rule does NOT apply to diagonals. There is a schematic in the photos if you learn more visually. The puzzle is deceivingly simple, yet it will captivate you for hours. The tiles are designed to have the filament swapped in the middle of the print. Pause the printer when the chess pieces begin to form and switch the filament. Alternatively, you may paint them. You must print 6 of each tile and use 6 different colors. You should have only one of each color/piece combination. </p>
