36-54mm Spool Adapter (eSUN, Ender 3 V2)

This is a converter for spools with an internal diameter of 54mm, to fit over the 36mm cap on my Ender 3 V2. I think the same external size is on an Ender 3 regular, but your mileage may vary. This should fit eSUN PLA+ spools as depicted, even though the internal diameter is smaller than 54mm as it uses the spring in the arms to grab on. If you print at 100% scaling this will have a very snug internal fit on the end of the spool holder, so I suggest printing at 101% size to slip it on and off. The design is intended to flex, so you can print larger for more room / a tigher grip on the inside of the spool. Very important ------------------- This is intended to be printed in two ways: * If you print at 100% size, the internal diameter will be very snug on the end-plug of the spool holder * This is can be good! As it means when you take your spool off of the holder, the spool holder will retain the adapter * This means you can print one holder to stay on the printer, and one for each spool which should stick to the spool * On my Ender 3 V2, a 101% lets the outer older slip off relatively easily Instructions -------------- * This print is designed to be printed **oversize**, so use 101% or more for a tighter grip and to let it slip on and off, or 100% for it to be retained by the spool holder * Print two!
