35mm to 30.5mm Adapter Frame

I'd like to make something that adapts to any board. My project attaches a mounting frame that takes hold of panels with a gap between the holes that is thirty-five millimeters apart and adjusts them to fit boards with a spacing of thirty-point five millimeters between the openings. This adjustment accommodates M3-sized bolts for secure attachment. The tool was designed using Tinkercad's computer-aided design platform.
