Using 0.20mm layer thickness, each set takes approximately 5 hours and 13 minutes to complete, without support. Each waterproof surgical mask can be cut into approximately 12 filter pieces, with each filter able to be used for over a day after testing. If you are concerned about droplets sticking to the filter, I have three other designs available. If you use a Prusa M3S printer, please use the original Prusa slicer and choose 0.15mm speed settings. This should complete one set in approximately 4 hours. I suggest printing with PLA, as it will work with PETG, but PLA will provide the best results and is not necessary for its intended use. A normal mask can be cut into at least 12 circular pieces. It works well with two layers of mask in each filter, but a single layer is recommended for good airflow into the mask. Note: you may want to use a knife to trim the top of the screw head to make it easier to screw into the cap, but this is not necessary. If you find that this does not provide sufficient protection for the filter as it is exposed, I have three other designs available with a shield in front, but these will require support.
