This film holder allows users to digitize 35mm film by positioning a flat light source, such as a tablet or smartphone with a full brightness white screen, directly above the film and using a digital camera to capture images. The "SPROCKETS" version is designed without film guides, enabling sprockets to remain visible; this has been successfully used to scan 35mm film shot on a 6x6 medium format camera with an adapter.
