This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/gmCCgkn28aO This is basic 35mm film memo holder. The two parts have to be glued together. I placed them on a flat surface, film memo viewing hole facing upwards and aligned them, than I turned them over and glued them with a superglue. I used a double sided tape to stick the holder to a camera.
