I created this 35mm fan mount to clip seamlessly into the 2020 rail on my Folger Tech Kossel 2020 3D printer. This mount attaches discreetly underneath the printer to efficiently cool the Ramps board. I opted for M3 bolts, approximately 20mm long, but you may require longer depending on your fan's depth. Fortunately, the bolts threaded directly into the plastic, eliminating the need for nuts at the back. Print Settings: Printer: Folger Tech Kossel 2020 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm layers Infill: 35% Notes: I utilized PLA for this part, but you may prefer a higher temperature material, depending on the location and temperatures near the fan. I experimented with 25% infill, but one of the legs broke off, so I would recommend using a higher infill to prevent this from occurring.
