35MM Fan Blade Replacement
cults3d
A simple fin replacement for the 35 mm fans on Raise3D Printers. NOTE: There is a rounded off side, this is the side that should be facing the inside of the fan( where the support cage and label is). You can see it in the preview of the model above. This is meant to be a patch job until you can get the fan replaced. You can see it in the preview of the model above. Print this out, Disassemble the old fan(Might not need to, but that's what I did). Cut the old fins off, add a little glue press the part on/or soak the part in hot water to get it a little soft, then dry and add glue to ensure fit. I can't promise how long or efficient this fan will be in the long term. The fan pictured above works great, a bit wobbly due to a poor job of putting the fan on, but it has helped me keep printing until my new fans came in. 1/24/19: Added step file in case anyone wanted it.
