35mm Clamp

35mm Clamp

thingiverse

I wanted a means to hold my Adonstar AD407 microscope camera in a clamp so that I could position it beyond the flexibility of the standard stand. I designed this 3D clamp that holds onto the microscope shaft and attaches to a 19mm pipe. The clamp secures to the 35mm micrsocope lens shaft and tightens around the shaft with a GoPro M5 thumb screw. The printed part is made to fit snug at 34.5mm. Others can file clamp to make it less snug, though. My print is made in PETG 1.75mm Aurarum black filament, with 0.2mm layer height and 100% infill on a PRUSA I3 MK3S printer. I hope you can find this print useful, too. Remember to leave me some feedback or even a tip to keep me enthused to make more of these drawings.
