35mm Ball Gag - Ball mold

This is an idea I have to make a mold for making a silicone (Platinum cure, food grade silicone) ball gag. All parts will be printed and sanded down with up to 1000 grit water sanding paper. The ball can be printed to aid during the sanding process. The sanded surface is sufficient for casting silicone, as I have tested and found that silicone will not even stick to un-sanded PLA surfaces. I have not tested other 3D printing materials. The image of the ball I posted was cast and cured without vacuum de-gassing nor did I place it in a pressure pot. Although at least a pressure pot curing is advised for reliable and repeatable results. The strap I used is leather I bought from my local leather working shop, which I cut to size. I used a snap buckle for this project.
