These standard "Style 351" sized picks were printed on a Dremel 3D40 with Palette precision. The two outer layers were printed with clear filament to guarantee excellent bed adhesion and a silky smooth finish. They turned out nearly 1 mm thick (4 x 0.2 mm layers), but the PLA material is not as stiff, making these picks play more like a medium string on an acoustic guitar. The picks were designed in OnShape CAD software, sliced in Simplify 3D then processed in Chroma post-processing software.
