This latch is a direct replacement for the latch on the cubby door of a 2008 350z (possibly other years as well). The OEM part is notoriously brittle, and as the screw mounts sheer off, the cubby door slowly becomes inoperable. Pro tip #1 The cubby door can be removed without removing the center console. There are 7 total screws on the inside of the door. 5 should be immediately visible if you look upwards with the door open. The last 2 also screw upwards, but they're behind the lip at the back of the door. You'll likely need a mirror and a small screw driver. USE A MAGNET. If you drop those screws you're going to be removing the center console Pro tip #2 Print with material that can withstand high heat. I used PC but I'm sure ABS would work. Car temperatures can reach 140+ in southern areas and you don't want your new latch melting.
