350Z Boot popper spacer

This is a boot "popper" spacer for the 350Z. I bought a 350Z second-hand and within my month of ownership, I quickly realized that the boot wasn't popping right - it was extremely frustrating. So, having found an online fix with a makeshift solution, I figured I could try to put my own 3D print spin on things. The part itself is 19mm high and 21mm wide with an inside lip to grip onto the end of the existing compression spring. Please note that this spacer fits my car perfectly - you may find it is too big or small for your needs. Feel free to message me if you want it adjusted for your specific requirements. I highly recommend printing using Ninjaflex or similar flexible filament. I personally had great success with the following settings in Cura: Speed: 30mm/s Hotend temperature: 240c Heatbed temperature: 40c Shell thickness: 0.8mm Bottom/top thickness: 0.8mm Layer height: 0.2mm (including the first layer) Fill density: 100% The fill density can be adjusted as needed if, for example, you want it to absorb a bit more impact. I previously printed at 50% and found that after a few days it "compressed" under the weight of the boot, and didn't pop-back to its full size. On a second try with 100% fill, it worked perfectly - I've had that version in the car for three weeks now and no problems have arisen. For fitting, please see the above-linked YouTube video (it's not my own). This part was designed in Sketchup, as such it may not be perfect, but it seems to print well on my Hictop i3.
