I redesigned this setup to accommodate over half-inch pine dowels commonly used with my Flitetest Electrohub. They fit perfectly and appear strong enough to withstand normal usage. The standard 25mm x 25mm mounting hole spacing is maintained. Print Settings: Printer: My Davinci 1.0a with Repetier Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.3mm Infill: 50% or higher Notes: These dowel attachments fit snugly. Depending on your dowel, you might need to trim or sand the end for a smooth fit. A standard M3 screw passes through the mount and arm for added security. Ensure you print at a high temperature for strong layer adhesion since direct stress can cause breakage. Consider adding a zip tie around the mount as extra precaution if needed. These attachments also lengthen the arm slightly, allowing for larger props in certain designs.
