Meant as a reduction to 31mm vacum tube for "3D4U by Miele Borehole Cleaning Aid" https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4239139. It could however be used to create arbitrary reduction from one pipe diameter to another. Just open the .FCStd file in FreeCAD go to the spreadsheet called `Dimensions` and adjust the diameters as needed and the model gets upgraded accordingly. As well it will calculate how much the ring will flex (min/max diameters) etc.
