I'm still working on this project, but it's not yet complete. I won't be putting in any more time to finish it. Despite some issues with the weight and size, I've managed to get all the parts printed and assembled. With a few minor adjustments, it flies perfectly. However, I'm currently focused on creating a 220-class tilt arm version. I wanted to share this test video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GFe7Fs5_32g Here's a closer look at how the arms move: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WvURjdxvo6I This is what it looks like when I've mounted a Mobius camera and flown with a 330-degree tilt: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rLdhbNzQayw If you're interested in building one yourself, here's the list of parts you'll need: * Mainplate: 2 units * Arm to servo linkage: 2 units * Servo case: 1 unit * Camera protection (front protection and 2 joint units): 1.5 units * Arm support: 4 units * Arm spacer: 1 unit Additionally, you'll need some hardware: * Ball bearings (18x12x4 mm): 4 units (I use these http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=75522) * Spacer (35mm): 12 units (I use these http://www.banggood.com/10PCS-M35-M320-M335-Inner-Thread-Round-Aluminum-Pillar-Spacer-Red-For-Multicopter-QAV250-PC-Board-p-1002052.html) * Carbon or aluminum tube (12 mm diameter): you can choose the length * Servo metal gears: I prefer fast and torque-rich ones, so I use this http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewitem.asp?idproduct=19959 * Linkage stoppers: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=43160 * Metal push rods: http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/uh_viewItem.asp?idProduct=63710 * Screws (m3x10)
