so I designed this 3D printed upgrade that I call 32p to 34t spur gear m1 for theHyper GO 16207 or other rebranded RC four that utilizes these parts. I strip thestock spur gear that I discover that it was 48p I decided to do design and 3D print a new one. so I did and the problems I had with that I do not believe it would be reliable. so I had an idea so i decide to design a 32p version of this spur gear. so went to work on it and had it 3D printed out. and install it and tested it out as a result I was successful with it by doing that I have to replace the motor that I installed and have to install a another brushless motor that I had laying around because the motor shaft need to be 3 mm to utilize the 32p pinion gear and I had to do some modifications to the chassis to accommodate that motor so I did so and i was successful with that as a result. if you wish to download this file, you may do so, after that set your 3D printer accordingly you know the drill in regards to your 3D printers. after that you're done. I need to tell you that you may have to remove some excess material to make it easier to install the 32p spur gear onto the rear Drive Gear where the spur gear usually goes. take your time at it. after that install it take it out for a test run, if successful the after that you're done so enjoy.this 32p spur gear was printed with 910 nylon. I must warn you if you have atransmitter like Radiolink or other that allows you to adjust the your EPAforwards need to be 60% and below and backward 60% and below as well. any higher then that will very likely will result in the nylons spur gear being stripped. regardless if you're using a brush or brushless motor. my recommendation is to get stronger filament to address this issue or have it machine out in steel if you're have the means to do so.
