32mm to 40mm hose adapter
thingiverse
This is a modification of the hose adapter by Boerni. I can confirm that it works well connecting 32mm and 40mm hoses. When printing, I would recommend adjusting the setting to alter the z-seam ( https://all3dp.com/2/cura-z-seam-tutorial/ ). I was concerned that this seam would allow a small amount of water to leak. I had forgotten to do this. To deal with this, I wrapped a single layer of electrical tape around the small rib in the adapter. This seemed to have worked, though I didn't test it without the tape, so perhaps it was unnecessary. I printed mine in PLA. Edit 1: I suggest printing in PETG as opposed to PLA. The heat of the sun caused my PLA to deform and resulted in my losing most of my pool water. PETG seems to handle this heat much better. Edit 2: I uploaded a new version. It is a little longer and has a very slightly larger diameter. I find this makes it easier to connect the two hoses. I was trying to save material / print time with the first design, but I was too aggressive.
