326x326mm bed support for J-Bot Core-XY?
thingiverse
I can't support a bed that measures 326x326mm with the existing models because there's not enough space for the corners' holes.\nYou'd need both of these mirrored parts for the corner holes.\nThe JonnayLin support works well for the third hole, but you'd require two pairs of these ones to accommodate a four-hole bed.\nThe design is intended for use with 10mm diameter springs and spacers like those found on http://www.thingiverse.com/make:323057\nI added countersinking because I prefer washers that spread the load evenly.\nThe space issue wouldn't exist if using the D-bot, but this 6mm plate alone weighs approximately 1.7kg.\nI'm still building the frame, so I'm unsure, but I don't foresee any problems arising from the size of this plate.\nEdit: to reduce the likelihood of hammerhead nuts bottoming out, I created some space around the 5mm holes at the profile side - version two.
