A 32mm cube features a flat test hole measuring 19.55mm by 3.55mm and a rod test hole of 9.65mm. The materials for the Rod/Flat are sourced from Home Depot; specifically, an aluminum round rod with dimensions of 3/8" x 4' (Part #142-820) and an aluminum flat measuring 1/8" x 3/4" x 4' (Part #142-660). The printing was done using an Afinia H-Series printer (H479), with a Z resolution of 0.15mm, hollow fill, and normal quality settings. The design was created in 3DS Max and later size-corrected in Netfabb.
