32 ft pilot cutter designed by Lyle HessFIFTY BOAT and YACHT DESIGNS CREATED BY ANDREI ROCHIAN displayed as 3D CAD CONCEPT models on YOUTUBE https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCRbseXpfwJLxG3wo6uPmaJQI built the pilot cutter years ago in Strip Planking&Cold Molding West System epoxy I did not build the Lyle Hess interior wich does not include an enclosed lavatory compartment - but instead I did redesign the interior so that it does include a lavatory sanitary compartment resulting in the very top structural toughness;The deck hardware ; rigging hardware are Silicon Bronze as per best fine boat building US standards.The interior of our Classic Cutter is Mahogany and teak; features enclosed shower; eclosed bedroom; a teak sole ; and exquisitely handcrafted fine cabinetry; routerd paneled bulkheadsThe wood was carefully selected from mills in the mountainTimber was selected knot free and radial cut; stored and left to dry until appropriate 12 % humidityWe crafted the Keel and stem in laminated oak; Framing laminated in White ash,The strip planking&cold-molding wood&epoxy resin building method means 20mmx20mm strip
