32 Ford Inspire Hotrod Cab - FDM Friendly
myminifactory
This is a FDM-friendly version of my Hot Rod design - the original was designed specifically for SLS printing. If you value the extensive time required to complete a project like this, please consider leaving a tip so that I can purchase more parts and create new builds. I strongly recommend printing in ABS or PETG for added strength; while ABS tends to warp on large thin prints, bonding the roof with acetone will result in an incredibly strong body if you can manage to get it to work. A considerable amount of support material is needed underneath the hood in front of the windshield, but everywhere else remains support-free. I deliberately chose this approach to maintain strength and minimize warping. To stay updated on new designs, follow my page on Facebook. UPDATE: In response to your request, I have also uploaded the parts that I designed for laser cutting; although they can be printed, their strength will be significantly compromised.
