30W Handheld Lantern

30W Handheld Lantern

thingiverse

I've been working on making those YouTube 100W water-cooled LEDs portable and usable for about six months now. After many design iterations, this is the most compact yet useful handheld prototype I've come up with. It's the first one I'm happy to show to the public, so here it is. It's not as powerful as those 100W models, but 30W was the maximum achievable in such a small size with such a small heatsink. Here are the parts you'll need to print: - Main Body STL - Handler STL - Collimator STL - Two Heatsink Support 1 STLs - One Heatsink Support 2 STL - Lens Holder STL - Battery Holder STL - Minimum infill of 20% - Battery Body STL - Battery Cap STL When it comes to print settings, they depend on the quality you want to achieve. Only Main Body STL, Handler STL, and Lens Holder are visible from the outside, so you might want to print them with better parameters. You can find the electronics and instructions in Instructables: [3D Print] 30W High Power Handheld Lantern And as always, if you like my work and want more, feel free to donate.
