I designed an adapter for my 40 mm noctua fan, opting out of continuing with the noisy 30mm series fan. The concept behind this converter is to combine it with a layer fan made by Supasorn: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1850163. This design was modeled in Catia and can be downloaded as a .catPart if needed.
