30mm to 40mm fan adapter - rotated 40mm fan to fit Toranado Extruder

I designed a custom 40mm fan to cool my E3D V6 hot end after getting frustrated with the loud stock 30mm fan on my Prusa i3 RepRap printer. I had tried several existing designs from Thingiverse but was disappointed by screw collision issues or thin wall problems in each one. To solve this problem, I created a new design that features a slightly rotated 40mm fan, allowing me to easily access all the holes for both the 30 and 40mm fans while maintaining good wall thickness. Since the Toranado extruder has limited extra width outside of a standard 30mm fan size, I designed my custom fan mount with an outside dimension of 30x30mm.
