30mm thick Fluorescent Clips

These are clips I used for My Philips ceiling light, where I swapped out the (TL5C) 18mm thick circular 300mm TL with a 30mm thick LED ring replacement. I had to install these clips as an in-place substitute, because they're available to purchase separately online. The new 300mm LED ring from Aliexpress wasn't exactly what I expected - it ended up being just as costly as buying a new fluorescent light, which seemed unusual. To begin with: First off, make sure your Mendel90 is ready to print some small components at 0.25mm layer height and 200C. Next thing, take the new clips for a test run. Next things first, get those old leads out of the mains - just grab the unscrew tool and take them loose. After that, use the same method on the old TL5C clips. No problem here - these ones also have to be taken apart using your screwdriver. When all is done with removing those old bits and pieces, focus next on the connection. Insert the connector of new G10q into place and hook up those mains wires. After securing them nicely with your trusty Allen wrench it's just a matter of finishing this job by sliding these new clips onto the existing railings then tighten in an effortless snap of those fasteners you used to install earlier. Finally - connect this one brand-new 300mm ring and now we can power it up right away without any worries as all was replaced efficiently!
