To create this unique sound maker, print two half-spheres and attach steel balls from old ball bearings using plastic glue like Revell's Contacta Professional. Ensure printing on a heated glass bed for seamless fit. After assembly, shake and enjoy the varied sounds from different ball configurations. Measurements include an outer diameter of 30mm and wall thickness of 3mm. For optimal PLA prints in slic3r, adjust settings: 3 perimeters, 0.2 infill with honeycomb pattern, a 55°C heated bed, and 195°C extruder temperature, all at a 0.2mm layer height.
