30mm PVC Pipe Filament Wall Mount (Fits 5kg rolls)

I needed a wall mount that could securely hold large Zyltech 5kg rolls, but couldn't find one, so I decided to create my own. It now holds one full 11lbs roll, supported by a sturdy PVC pipe with a diameter of up to 35mm. Each rack requires about 60g of filament printed at 25% infill; I recommend increasing this amount if you plan on using multiple rolls or subjecting the mount to heavy stress. I've made some adjustments since my initial post. I reduced the hole size from 8mm to 3mm, increased the tapered height for better fitment with #8 wood screws, extended and moved the top screw hole for easier installation with a drill, making it simpler to attach securely. I've updated the design to remove older versions and decreased the length of the wall hanging part, allowing for shorter screw lengths. I've been using this mount for about a week, switching out rolls as needed, and it continues to hold up well. It's essential to use Wall Anchors for added stability.
