30mm Pi Fan Plate for Pibow Coupe with room for Camera Cable - Remix

I had to make the original print a little smaller to accommodate the Pi Camera cable slot in the case. I put in a small hexagon grid to save a tiny bit of plastic. I also think it looks less "blockish" now. If you load the source in OpenSCAD and render it with the current settings, it may take a little time. Perhaps the hexagon generation could be tweaked for better speed. At any rate, it does not take terribly long. You can experiment with my primitive hexagon generator if you want to play around. Be my guest. That is totally up to the user. Post-Printing ============= Adding PWM control to a cheap 2-wire fan When I first put this together, I didn't hear the fan. I must have been distracted, because when I returrned a few hours later, I clearly heard a humming noise in the background. Originally, the fan was wired to a 5V pin and a ground pin so it was always on. After a bit of searching, I found this great Instructable that involves 3 components: a diode, a 1K resistor and an NPN transistor. I happened to have all on hand along with some smallish perf boards. After watching Colin at Adafruit cut a perf board to size with a few passes of a utility knfie and a hard surface or a vice to snap the scored edge, I crammed it into a 3x8 section, soldered it up and stuck it in a Tic Tac candy box. The author has a well-wrtten Python script to run on the Pi. I recommend the systemd unit integration. It's working like a champ now. TD;DR but why? Come on, man. Am I that boring? Don't answer that.
