The primary goal of these designs is described in "3D Printed UV-vis Cuvette Adapter for Low Cost and Versatile Spectroscopic Experiments," which is published in the open-access journal ACS Omega. Link to publication: http://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/acsomega.7b01310 This specific component aims to replicate traditional quartz and glass UV-vis Spectrometer cuvettes. The design features a 30 mm path length, allowing for use in most standard UV-Vis spectrometers. We advise printing this design with black filament to minimize light scattering. An instructional video illustrating the assembly process of the spectrometer is provided below (post-printing), along with a list of materials used. Both quartz and glass windows can be employed depending on the desired spectral range for the cuvette.
