A straightforward 30mm flight controller mount that I use to securely attach gyro components to frames lacking the standard 30mm mounting holes. To ensure a precise fit, I've updated the design to correct the centre-to-centre length from 30mm to the accurate 30.5mm measurement. Additionally, I've increased the thickness and added space to accommodate hex-head screws and provide a larger surface area for attaching gyro tape or foam. Further refinements have been made to simplify the shoulder surrounding the bottom screw holes, making the print process easier and more efficient. Testing with PLA at an 80% infill has confirmed that this updated design works flawlessly.
