This is a flat (7mm tall) 30mm strap adjuster I made to fix my cloth Oculus Quest 2 strap, which broke at one of the adjustment ends. You will need to secure the back of the strap with a little length of Velcro (tm) (hook-and-loop) fastener. It can be easily used as a generic strap though, it should work in any application where you need the strap to sit really close to the surface of something.
