A fan guard with anti-backwash blades for 30mm fans is crucial to prevent air from spilling where it shouldn't go. Rafts: No rafts are needed in this print job. Supports: No supports are required for a successful print. Notes: The small size of the fan guard can be tricky to work with, but even rough prints seem to function well. I printed it with 0.45mm width and 0.16mm layers. The holes need a #4-20 flat head thread rolling screw (or something similar). How I Designed This I designed this product in OnShape.
