30mm fan guard with anti-backwash

A critical component, the inlet side fan guard, features anti-backwash blades designed specifically for 30mm fans. This ingenious design ensures that air is redirected where it's needed most, preventing unwanted leaks and spills. Due to its compact size, printing can be a delicate process; however, even moderately rough prints have yielded surprisingly effective results. To achieve optimal performance, I used a print resolution of 0.45mm width and 0.16mm layers. The fan guard is secured in place by a #4-20 flat head thread rolling screw or similar fastener.
