30mm fan guard and GPIO cover for Pi 4b

Made a custom cover for the unused GPIO pins on my Pi 4b, specifically designed to accommodate all but the last six pins on the right. Remade a 30mm fan guard by incorporating standoffs that fit perfectly into the bolt holes of the 30mm fan while providing a small standoff distance from the bolt heads to prevent contact with the fan blades.
