I designed this custom fan duct specifically to complement a hotend's heat sink, featuring a diameter of 25mm (24.6mm) that perfectly accommodates its thermal management requirements. I crafted the fan duct in a sturdy silver ABS material, employing a print setting of 0.2 layer height for optimal precision and a 50% infill density to maximize its structural integrity. The printer operated at a temperature of 235°C, allowing for seamless fusion of the molten plastic. Thanks to its carefully chosen design parameters, this fan duct did not necessitate any additional support material during printing.
