I designed this component specifically for volume control variable resistors used in amplifiers. Its outer diameter measures 30mm, while its shaft has a diameter of 6mm. A key feature of this design is the 20mm long slot along the shaft. To assemble the component, you'll need to attach an M3 nut and 10mm screw (using a hex cap screw or set screw would be ideal) at the top. Once printed, fill in the dot on the knob's surface with a different colored ink. Securely fasten this by gluing it down into place within the corresponding hole on the component. No support is necessary when printing this item, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free printing process.
