This is a lightweight cube with drain holes on the Z face and breather holes on the opposite face (build plate face) to reduce suction power. Attach it to some supports to elevate it off the build plate (Avoid placing it directly on the base, as this cancels out the breather holes and may damage your FEP/PDMS). Print it and take precise measurements. The cube already features internal supports within its hollow space, so additional external supports are not necessary. When I employed this technique with my Moai using firmware version 1.15, utilizing "m" as the relevant cube measurement, the formula to determine the correct entry for the X or Y axis is: 900*(30/m) I have not yet used it on my D7, but I'm confident you can deduce the necessary formula for your specific model.
