My first post to Thingiverse! Finally! This project may require additional details that I haven't discovered yet, but please just share any questions and I'll do my best to provide the answers. As you correctly guessed, this is an axii antenna mount that will also hold antenna tubing to protect your antenna wires and maintain specific orientations. This part is compatible with many of their frames as well as other frames out there. Unfortunately, Fusion wouldn't filet around the base of the tube supports; if anyone else knows why or how to make it filet, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share that information or upload a solution.
